How well does the myzone anti-snore mattress actually work?

The myzone mattress is definitely aimed at people who snore, rather than a good night's sleep. The tagline explains that it's "designed specifically for snorers to help ease the problem". But snorers are not, in my experience, super comfortable so I'll keep that one a secret. I can say that the myzone mattress review has definitely helped me stop snoring, but this has not always been consistent and is definitely something you have to try for yourself.

Although the myzone mattress is available to order in mattresses, pillows and duvets it is a bit of a novelty purchase. One that you don't tend to feel the benefits of until you've had the mattress for about 12 months.

We took a pair of pairs of the myzone beds that was launched in November 2016 to the Cotswolds and had a look around in the supermarket and made the best of our road trip for myzone mattress review. The upholstered mattress looked pretty comfortable and comfortable against the test subjects' backs but being parquet and just a bit hard and uncomfortable against their hips. We thought that the the pillow and duvet materials we had were great to allow the sleep on both and have a good night's sleep. The mattress we tested was the standard double size mattress.

In the case of the myzone mattress, it also comes with an anti-snore band that you can use for your back to stop you snoring. We didn't test this part but we've used a similar type of band with my sister's Sleep Number mattress. This has helped her stop snoring to a great degree.

You can also get the snore band as an add-on to the mattress. This is available for £69.

Myzone Mattress as an Upholstered Bed

Although you can purchase the myzone mattress as an upholstered bed, you can also get it as a mattresses. You will then get the Myzone mattresses in two shapes – a firm and a memory foam and a couple of pillow options. The mattress gives you individual snoring support for your back and sides, like a regular mattress but it also has the anti-snore band for back support. We tested a standard firm mattresses and a memory foam mattress in December 2016.

Once you have the mattress, you need to plug in the remote sensor that is underneath the mattress and the in-built microphone detects any snoring, vibrates and sends vibrations through the mattress to your body, which is supposed to help stop the snoring.

In practice this didn't work for me. We found it to be a bit of a faff to plug in the sensor in and have to get comfortable to sleep. Although it did help my snoring, my husband's snoring still snuck through. My partner snores a bit more than me.

Key Thing to Remember

The key thing to remember is that the myzone mattress review needs to be used in conjunction with your snoring and if this is not happening then it's not working.
